XIV

7:00 PM

Enter the reception and cut that cake! Dinner to follow. Toasts at 8:00

7:00pm reception!

Note: It's always a good idea to start toasts while your guests are finishing eating and after they're through a buffet line (if not having a plated dinner.) This gives them some time to be occupied with eating, and not to chatter during your special toasts.

XV

9:15 PM

Kay + Bee leaves after toasts, special dances, bouquet + garter toss and some party time!

9:15pm Photographers Depart

Note: We feel comfortable leaving a reception after 20-30 minutes of open dancing. Any longer than that and we feel like we're photographing the same group on the dance floor and as more drinks are poured... more drinks are spilled! 20-30 minutes is a perfect time frame!
